There is roughly 1.5 miles of power line planted with food plots and 2 miles along the Little Ohoopee River. There are many acres of scrub oaks which supply an excellent crop of acorns each year that are rather unique looking for Georgia and somewhat resemble Texas. Cool Acres is surrounded by many acres of farm land.

Shooting Range now open. Cool Acres Sporting Camp proudly announces that the 1000 yd shooting range in GA (Emanuel County, Georgia) is now open and the pit is operational. We are still a work in progress but very functional. There are 14 lanes with pit services. Now, cut your cost with the help of the pit. Work up your loads in half the time at half the cost. Improve your skills by knowing what a well placed shot looks and feels like with the instant report from the pit. We have experts available in all fields to help you upon your request. Cool Acres Sporting Camp is a private range and requires an appointment. Everyone is welcome at CASC matches. We are currently hosting monthly club matches. Please check out the calendar of events.
I-16 to exit 84 (Hwy. 297). Turn north towards Swainsboro. Take Hwy. 297 for approx. 3 miles and then turn left onto Grande Creek. Follow Grande Creek for approximately 1.5 miles and then turn left onto Stagecoach Rd. Stay on Stagecoach Rd for approximately 1.5 miles and then turn left onto Cool Springs Rd. (Cool Springs will only turn left) Follow Cool Springs until you reach the end and you have arrived.
